    stage director
The online performance Medea is a literary and musical composition based on Euripides' tragedy of the same name. The timeless story of love and jealousy, fidelity and adultery, loyalty and revenge is told in the language of modern media. Preserving the plot, we have changed the character of the narration, offering the audience a sharp psychological thriller with detective elements.

The screen presents a series of testimonies, each of which adds the finishing touches to the overall picture of Medea's crime. All the characters describe what happened from their own point of view, making the viewer's sympathy focus constantly shift from one protagonist to the next. The subtitle dramma per musica suggests that music plays a very important role in the narrative. The music of Medea was created specifically for the performance by the artists of the Voronezh Youth Musical and Plastic Theater and was written with their individual vocal data and skills in mind.
